The Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (incorporating at heights) whilst delivered to the regulated standard, will be additionally certified to include subjects related to `at height'. The course is designed to offer essential basic skills and knowledge required to administer emergency first aid at work for those who work at height until someone more qualified is available to take charge of the situation.The Emergency First Aid at Work (incorporating at heights) courses are held at our dedicated centres in Watford, Hertfordshire and Daventry, Northants or onsite at client premises.

Delegates must be fluent in English. The course is delivered and assessed in English only

Successful completion of this course will be accepted on the Arqiva Gateway (Site Access) system.

Arqiva Approved Training Provider

This Arqiva approved course combines both the Roof Top Safety Awareness and the Roof Top Restraint / Fall Protection modules into a 1 day course and is suitable for accessing Arqiva & operator sites. The Roof Top Access course, also referred to as `Roof Worker', will consider various methods of work restraint and fall arrest in order to protect workers when required to work in exposed areas.Training will also cover the correct use of personal fall protection equipment (PFPE) such as harnesses, lanyards, restraint ropes etc.  Delegates will learn the difference between work restraint and fall arrest techniques and therefore coming up with practical solutions to access problems on unprotected rooftops.

Training is held at our dedicated training centre in Daventry, Northants.

Important: While RF is discussed briefly on this course. delegates will still need to attend the Radio Frequency (RF) Safety Awareness course to gain access to Arqiva sites. 

Delegates must be aged over 18, be able to certify that they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that might prevent them working at height and be fluent in English.

Advanced Tower Climber

Arqiva & MATS Approved Training Provider

The Advanced Climber course provides both the theoretical and practical training to enable personnel to access open steel work on towers, masts and other high structures. This Arqiva approved & MATS course aims to teach the essential requirements needed to climb and access unprotected areas using fall protection equipment. Advanced Tower Climber courses are held at our dedicated centre in Daventry, Northants.

Delegates must be aged over 18, be able to certify that they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that might prevent them working at height, & fluent in English.

The course meets the Mast and Towers Safety Group (MATS) course requirements.

Successful completion of this course will be accepted on the Arqiva Gateway (Site Access) system.      

 

Tower / Structural Rescue

Arqiva & MATS Approved Training Provider

The Tower / Structural rescue course is designed to enable delegates to deal with emergency situations whilst working at heights. This Arqiva and MATS approved course involves classroom training and practical rescue training & scenarios on our custom built tower, using a variety of rescue equipment found in industry. Tower Rescue courses are held at our dedicated centre in Daventry, Northants.

Evidence of previous competence / training will be required prior to attending. Delegates must have a valid & in-date climber certificate or equivalent to attend this course.

The course meets the Mast and Towers Safety Group (MATS) course requirements.

Delegates must be aged over 18, be able to certify that they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that might prevent them working at height, & fluent in English.
