
Fixed Ladder Access and Rescue
The Fixed Ladder Access & Rescue Course will provide delegates with the knowledge & practical skills to enable them to climb both protected & unprotected fixed ladders using the double lanyard techniques as well as practising the rescue of a suspended colleague.
Training is held at our dedicated training centre in Daventry, Northants
Delegates must be aged over 18, be able to certify that they are physically fit and have no medical conditions that might prevent them working at height and be fluent in English.

Arqiva Approved Training Provider
This Arqiva approved course combines both the Roof Top Safety Awareness and the Roof Top Restraint / Fall Protection modules into a 1 day course and is suitable for accessing Arqiva & operator sites. The Roof Top Access course, also referred to as `Roof Worker', will consider various methods of work restraint and fall arrest in order to protect workers when required to work in exposed areas.Training will also cover the correct use of personal fall protection equipment (PFPE) such as harnesses, lanyards, restraint ropes etc. Delegates will learn the difference between work restraint and fall arrest techniques and therefore coming up with practical solutions to access problems on unprotected rooftops.

Important: While RF is discussed briefly on this course. delegates will still need to attend the Radio Frequency (RF) Safety Awareness course to gain access to Arqiva sites.
