IOSH Managing Safely Refresher
The IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course is aimed at managers and supervisors who have previously undertaken the full version IOSH Managing Safely course. It is IOSH view that it is best practice for Managing Safely certificate holders to renew their learning within a three year period. The refresher course provides delegates with the latest best practice and legislation changes and ensures that their knowledge and best practice is completely up to date. The core programme is designed to revisit key management responsibilities from the Managing Safely course and provide updates on relevant changes in good practice guidance, legislation and standards. It does not, therefore, revisit all the Managing Safely modules in equal depth.
Leadership Skills
Leadership skills covers a variety of topics for employees who are new to the management role to better equip them to manage and lead their team. The focus is on knowing yourself - strengths as well as weaknesses and how your behaviour affects those around you. In all, the course identifies how a leader; makes sure goals and expectations are clear, observes and monitors performance and gives appropriate and effective feedback.
Team Leader - Supervisory Skills
This workshop has been developed to cover the key skills of team leading and supervision. The programme focuses on - how to develop an efficient and effective team environment, managing changes within the team, communicating with the team, the role of the team leader and ways to build your team.
Introduction to Management
This course is designed to help delegates make a smooth transition into Management. It covers a variety of topics for employees who are new to the management role to better equip them to manage and lead their team. The focus is on knowing yourself - strengths as well as weaknesses - and how your behaviour affects those around you. In all, the course identifies how a leader; creates a productive and effective environment, makes sure goals and expectations are clear, observes and monitors performance and gives appropriate and effective feedback.

The answer is a planned and structured performance management system.
Time & Priority Management
This one-day workshop works to identify your business priorities and seeks ways to manage this changing and shifting list of activities. During the workshop we will use a variety of tools and techniques for you to take away after the training and apply directly into the workplace. We will look at how you use your time at the moment and where you time is currently being wasted or eaten away - by non-value added activities.
