Train The Trainer
This workshop has been developed to support our in-house trainers and facilitators and those using facilitation skills within their role. The programme focuses on the Learning Cycle, the role of the facilitator/trainer, tools and techniques for managing learning, using different methods of facilitating group discussions and meetings. By the end of this workshop you will have studied and practiced practical facilitation and training skills.

Working at Heights Regulations - An Overview
The Working at Height Regulations lay down specific duties on employers, employees and the self-employed. This one-day course will enable delegates to have a clear understanding of the new legal requirements for all activities that incur a risk of a person falling from any height.
Slinger Banksman
Delegates who attend this course will understand upon completion current legislation, different slinging methods and the effects of weight reduction, how to sling, slinging plans and how to signal.
Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessor
This course is designed to provide delegates with an appreciation and understanding of Display Screen Workstations, the health related issues and the correct design and layout. Delegates will be given the knowledge on how to conduct the basic first level DSE Assessment (as per HSE guidance) and define where an expert is required.
